Still a child at 17 In 2013 we successfully took action against the Home Office to ensure that 17-year-olds are treated as children at the police station and given appropriate adults.
Young, gifted and blocked We intervened in a 2015 Supreme Court case which extended student finance eligibility to many young people who had previously been blocked due to their immigration status.
