If you’re unhappy with something that has happened or with the support you’ve received from us, you can tell us. We will listen to you, take your concerns seriously and try to put things right.
We also want to hear when things have gone well! If someone has helped you, you’ve enjoyed being involved with us, or there’s something you think we’re doing well, you can let us know that too.
You can also share ideas or suggestions about how we could make things better for children and young people.
