Cheryl Commodore-Harvey is a Trainee Solicitor at Just for Kids Law with a strong commitment to advocating for the rights and welfare of children and young people. She holds an LLB, LLM and completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at BPP University Law School, building a solid foundation in both academic excellence and practical legal training.
Before joining Just for Kids Law, Cheryl gained significant experience as a paralegal within the NHS, where she supported complex legal and regulatory matters relating to medical negligence and inquests. She also has extensive experience working on mental health wards, providing care and support to individuals with complex mental health needs, bringing a sympathetic and person-centred approach to her work.
Cheryl is passionate about ensuring equitable access to justice and is dedicated to delivering compassionate and effective legal representation. Her current work focuses on supporting young people across a range of legal challenges, particularly in the areas of community care, youth justice and the Covid Inquiry.
