Just for Kids Law is a dynamic charity working with and for children and young people to hold those with power to account and fight for wider reform. We do this by providing legal representation and advice, direct advocacy, and support, and through strategic litigation, campaigning, and equipping others to work for children’s rights.
We are recruiting a Client Engagement and Data Officer to join our Programmes & Participation Directorate, delivering our New Client Enquiry referral and signposting processes, ensuring our case recording systems are maintained and that data from these can inform our reporting and influencing activities. The role has a potential salary range of £28,700 - £32,800 per year, depending on skill and experience.
The successful candidate will have experience of communicating directly with members of the public (preferably people experiencing crisis or difficulties), using data systems and Excel, and have a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach. They will be instrumental in ensuring a positive and supportive experience for children and young people approaching Just for Kids Law for support, and effective signposting, working closely with our Programmes and Participation, and Legal teams.
Reporting to the Director of Programmes and Participation, they will have a good understanding of the issues impacting the children and young people we work with, relevant support services available in London, and data systems.
