Policy & Litigation

Strategic litigationWe enjoy a close relationship with our young clients and this means we have a real understanding of their wishes and needs.  We are able to represent these wishes and needs to groups which argue and lobby for changes to the youth justice system.

We are active participants in the Standing Committee for Youth Justice (SCYJ), the advisory group for the Prison Reform Trust’s (PRT) ‘Out of Trouble’ campaign to reduce child custody and The Sieff Young Defendants Steering Group at The Michael Sieff Foundation.

We are also members of the StopWatch coalition and continue to actively support campaigns including Every Child Matters and Press Change for Youth.
