May 2013: Just for Kids Law Issues Guidance on 17-year-old Children

Just for Kids Law - with support from a number of youth justice groups - has drafted guidance on the treatment of 17-year-old children in custody. The guidance has been sent to all Police Force Headquarters in England and Wales, police stations and Youth Offending Teams.
